I’m a 23 year old, engineering student. Started a small business, JA Assembly, a little less than a year ago.

I never planned on starting JA Assembly. It’s sort-of a happy accident.
Couldn’t find a summer job, last summer, so I went to craigslist’s GIGS. Found several jobs but they were few and far between.
Saw a demand for furniture assembly so I decided to present myself as a company and focused on creating top-notch ads, to attract people rather than having to seek them out.
This proved to be a great move. Posting ads in SERVICES as opposed to searching GIGS all day long, has saved me countless hours and has increase my cash flow.
Would like to get some advice on how to grow my business. Or just talk with you guys.
