    Welcome to the “Marketing for New Business Video Series”. Have you ever been to Vegas at one of those pool parties where they charge you a crazy price for a pool side bed and serve you as much food and drinks as you wish, or in this case, as you can afford?

    I can tell you that it’s pretty cool. Everyone is so nice to you; they get you an extra umbrella if it’s too hot; and you can even get models to feed you grapes. Okay, that’s not true, but for that price, that should be included. I know I’m going off-base here, but it’s about customer service, the most important aspect of any business. Once you have the customer’s money, what you do after that is what’s most important .
