    Let’s briefly discuss the concept of tap rooting. Tap rooting is a concept when done effectively can create excitement and momentum in your organization. The concept of tap rooting means that when someone gets started you help them IMMEDIATELY recruit someone in their warm market within 24 – 48 hours. Here is the what the process looks like step by step:

    Step 1: Sponsor a new rep
    Step 2: Have the IMMEDIATELY call 3 to 5 of their flattire buddies
    Step 3: Set up a launch or a game planning session
    Step 4: Set up two Personal Business Receptions where they invite their prospects to get more information about the business
    Step 5: Get them to a local event or training event
    Step 6: Get one of the flat tire buddies started and go back to step one(Typically this should happen within 24 -48 hours of the new rep getting started)
    Step 7: Complete the two personal business receptions for the new representative
    Step 8: Repeat Step 1

    Leverage tap rooting and you will not only build a team fast, but you will also never run out of contacts to grow your business.
