NSF-Fees-

If you see this often enough, you’re bound to be sick to your stomach.

In this short video, Keril and I backtrack to about 3 years ago, when I would always call and ask him to transfer 100 bucks into my account so those NSF Fees wouldn’t hit. I was lucky and fortunate to have a friend that I could rely on who had the capabilities and means to help me during those tough times.

At some point, you hit the threshold and can’t take it anymore, and then you start looking for other options.

One of those options has been starting my very own online business. Like you, I needed to start my own business and I desperately needed it to work. I had no other options– it was either that, or pretty much lose everything I’ve worked for over the previous seven years.

As much as I needed this to work, I didn’t have a clue on how to get started. I’ve heard about PPC CCP, OPD, GDS and all these other acronyms that made absolutely no sense to me. I heard about article marketing, video marketing, customer conversions, affiliate marketing, joint-ventures, “before, during and after units,” keyword research, SEO. Imagine how overwhelmed I was. The sad thing about this whole story is that I didn’t even know what service or product I wanted to provide. At this point, you can see I’m getting pissed off and thinking about quitting even before getting started.

I’m here to tell you that you are not alone. How you feel right now, is just how I felt 3 years ago. So here’s the deal, the videos that Keril and I have put together are designed for that feeling. It doesn’t matter whether you’re just getting started, had your online business for a while and are not getting the results you want, or you have been toying around with the idea of starting. Whatever part of the spectrum you’re on, just know that it’s possible to gain the success you want once you get the clarity you need to create your very own online business.

Here’s the exciting part, your business can be anything you want–anything that’s exciting to you! You just have to want to do it. The Internet can provide you with all of the material desires, lifestyle desires, and opportunity you’ve been wanting once you understand and embrace the principles of the online business world.

Click on the link and watch the video. Keril and I are going to have an open conversation with you, so you can determine if an online business is something that you can take advantage of. This video will only be up for a limited time. Watch now!

Can Facebook Give Your Business A Slap (Like The Google Slap?)

Hi Keril

Your account has been disabled because you violated our advertising guidelines repeatedly. Despite being warned multiple times about this issue.  Facebook will not tolerate behavior (Look how facebook is talking to me here, who do they think they are?) that users may find annoying or abusive (Me, abusive?), or that violates our terms of use or advertising guidelines. Failure to adhere to these warnings has resulted in a permanent loss of your account.

We will not be able to reactivate your account nor will we be able to recover any content within that account. You will also not be permitted to create a new account to restart your Facebook advertising. This decision is final (PLEEASSSEEEEEE Facebook!!!  Give me one more chance………) Thanked you for our understanding.  (No, I don’t understand, come back here and explain it to me Facebook ) LOL

Now, this was an extremely sad day for us because Facebook is a huge traffic and lead source for our business. But, this was a blessing in disguise because if this wouldn’t have happened, we would have still been spending a lot of our resources managing our ads campaigns. In our master mind group, we happened to mention our dilemma to the group members and they laughed. Our friend Thomas said, “Welcome to the club of banned account”.  I said, “I’m glad to be a part of this exclusive club.” :)   But I still need some Facebook traffic in my life.  I need a fix ASAP.  So Thomas tells us about a service call AdNeedle that can do all of your ads for you.

All you need to do is put together the copy, the image and where you want your ads to point.  Now, we have a service that can provide us all the stats, and manage all of our campaigns for us. We now can take the time we use to spend managing ads to focus more on some revenue driven activities. We are still testing out the service, but I’m confident it’s going to work extremely well for us.  Thought I’ll share with you because you might be able to benefit from this as well, especially if your accounts have been banned.

You’re next. Have you ever consider using an ad management company before for your business and if so, which one? What are your experiences with them and why would you recommend them to people? Also share your account shut down stories in the comment section, would love to hear about them and what you did to overcome that roadblock.

Marketing Is Not A Department

marketing department

If you like the post, don’t forget to share and leave your comments

Marketing is not a department that puts together your campaigns from time to time for a product launch or a new service. As a business owner or someone looking to start their own venture, it’s important for you to realize that every aspect of your business can and should be marketed. The product-development phase, the testing phases, the content-creation phase, the outsourcing phase, the attracting-customer phases. I mean everything.

You can use this to your advantage in a way that no large corporation can. Being able to bring your day-to-day tasks to your audience in a way that’s entertaining and educational can do so much for your brand and for you.

If you are working on a product, how can you market the process of working on that product? You could easily take a minute to shoot a quick video that explains what you’ve been working on and some of the challenges you faced and how you were able to resolve them. Get creative guys! Market every single thing you do even if you think it’s small or not interesting. That little thing might be something that helps resolve a huge problem for someone else. Once you do that a couple of times, people will start to look to you for more solutions to their problems. Like David Heinemeier would say, “you can’t out spend the big corporations, but you sure can out teach them”.

So use your everyday tasks and problems you’ve solved to teach something of value which is one of the most effective and inexpensive ways to market your brand and your company.

It’s been real my friend, talk soon
Eric
